What's Included
Ground transportation
We organize a shuttle to pick you up from Cuenca’s airport, and are responsible for local travel up until the end of the retreat.
Your accommodation for 7 nights
Your accommodation comprises of a stay at a boutique hotel here in the city.
Meals and some drinks
Cuenca has an incredible and vibrant restaurant scene. Come prepared to eat at some of the best restaurants the city. 3 meals a day, and some drinks included in the price of the retreat.

Do I Have to be COVID Vaccinated to Attend?
No. Ecuador has dropped all covid-19 vaccination requirements to enter the country.
Can I Travel With a Friend on the Retreat?
Absolutely! You can book the double occupancy package and be roommates, sharing a room and bathroom. You can choose between one king bed or two twin beds.
How do I get to Cuenca, Ecuador?
Fly to Quito's Mariscal Sucre International Airport and then take a local flight to Cuenca.
We cab help you figure out your route once you commit to the retreat.
Are Payment Plans Available?
Yes, you can opt for a payment plan to divide the trip cost into manageable monthly payments. Payments are not automatically deducted from your account, and there are no late fees.
Will There Be Down Time During the Trip?
Absolutely! Alongside our fun and adventures, there will be ample time to relax and enjoy Cuenca at your own pace.
Do I need travel insurance ?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for the Cuenca Xploratory Retreat. While we hope you won’t need it, having insurance can be invaluable in case of unexpected events.
Is There a lot of Walking on the Trip?
Yes, come prepared to walk. There are two days that include significant walking. One day features a walking tour of Cuenca, and the other involves exploring nearby Artisanal markets and Mercados. We will have plenty of breaks.
How much do flights typically cost?
The price of your flight will depend on your departure airport, airline, and seat class.
Local flight's from Quito to Cuenca, usually range from $70 to $100
Is the Cuenca Xploratory Retreat a Refundable Trip?
All payments made to attend Retreat are nonrefundable.
However, if you back out of the trip more than 90-days before the retreat starts, you can apply your payments to a future trip hosted within 12-months of cancellation.
